Swedish Style Easter

Happy Easter and Glad Påsk, folks! We like to dress our table Swedish style with blooming branches, feathers and eggs! It's so important for the hubs and I to embrace most Scandinavian traditions, so that my son won't miss out on Swedish culture because we are here in the states. He has the language so at least we are good there!

We will have a nice spread featuring short ribs, glazed carrots, potato salad and a nice kladdkaka (chocolate cake) with coffee and tea! I'm so excited for Sunday. I hope that you have an amazing Easter weekend!
